There has been recent coverage in local media about the former Chevron Park (The Orchards) property development, and the City of San Ramon has received a number of questions from residents about plans for the property.
Several public study sessions were held on the potential redevelopment last year, and the City is awaiting formal development applications from the property owner.
No development plan for the site has been submitted yet, and the City looks forward to working with Sunset Development on the review process for the Orchards development once formal applications are submitted.
There will be multiple opportunities for Public Comment on any project applications submitted to the City.
