The City has embarked on a process to develop a Walking District Master Plan for San Ramon’s City Core. Originating from a grassroots effort, this framework plan aims to define the location of walking and biking loops and enhance wayfinding and placemaking guidelines for the routes and signage in and around the city core.

The City of San Ramon invites you to a webinar to hear the latest recommendations for the San Ramon Walking District and provide feedback. The public webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, May 19, at 6 p.m.

After the first round of interviews, stakeholder meeting, and virtual public meeting, a series of draft recommendations were created for Walking District guidelines. These recommendations include the hierarchy or system of pathways, walking loops, amenities, and wayfinding strategies. We invite you to provide your feedback on the draft recommendations and to provide input on priorities for project improvements at this meeting.
