This event is perfect for runners looking for a competitive event, as well as a family interested in a fun fitness challenge.  This is the chance for your organization to demonstrate support for the community and to promote your business. Sponsorship offers a number of benefits, including:

Sponsorship packages qualifying for exhibitor space will be provided a designated space in the exhibitor area prior to the event until the event has concluded. All race attendees and participants will be encouraged to visit vendor booths throughout the morning.

Costume Contest

Make sure to come dressed in costume this year and in the spirit of the holiday run. Costume Awards will be given for:

  • Most Grinch-Like
  • Best Holiday Spirit
  • Best Group Theme for those registered in Group of 5 or with the Special Group Rate of 10+
Packet Pick Up

Packet Pick Up:
Participants may receive their shirt, bib, prior to the event start at packet pick up hosted by Sports Basement San Ramon located at 1041 Market Place San Ramon, CA 94583, on Friday, December 4th from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.  Race registration is available during packet pick up.   

Sports Basement San Ramon has all of your race day essentials! Just show your bib at checkout for up to 20% off everything in store!

Race Day Packet Pick Up:
Shirts and bib numbers will be available from 7:45 am - 8:45 am on the day of the race for those who are unable to attend packet pick up or those who register after packet pick up.  

Road Closure Information

Road Closure Information:
The following road closures will take place on Saturday, December 4, 2026 from 6:30am to 11:00am due to the Bah Humbug 5K course:

  1. Alcosta Blvd: all SB lanes closed from Norris Canyon Rd to Bollinger Canyon Rd.
  2. Alcosta Blvd: close SB through lanes approaching Norris Canyon Rd with minimum 320 foot merging taper.
  3. Norris Canyon Rd: close WB left turn lane at Alcosta Blvd.
  4. Hospital Dr: close WB left turn lane/thru lane at Alcosta Blvd.
  5. BR-15 Parking Lot: close both directions of BR 15 including the lanes on the north and south side of the parking lot from the Iron Horse Trail to Alcosta Blvd.
  6. Executive Pkwy: close bike and vehicle lanes both directions from Iron Horse Trail to Bishop Drive.
  7. Executive Pkwy: provide gap between Bishop Dr and median tip on Executive Pkwy for runners to turnaround.
  8. Norris Canyon Rd: close all EB lanes (#1 and #2) between Camino Ramon and Alcosta Blvd.
  9. Camino Ramon: close SB left turn and through lane (#1) with 180 foot taper approaching Norris Canyon Rd.
  10. Camino Ramon: all lanes closed from Norris Canyon to Bishop Dr.
