The City of San Ramon has begun its annual budget process. This process will develop the City’s operating budget for Fiscal Year 2026/27 (FY27), which begins on July 1, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2027.
As part of the regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 24, San Ramon's Director of Finance, Jennifer Wakeman, gave a Budget Kickoff Presentation, which included:
- Revised Measure N projections
- A high-level 10-year forecast of the City's General Fund Budget
- An outline for addressing the deficit through operations and policy
- Budget guidelines
- Budget timeline

Upcoming Budget Workshop: Revenues

San Ramon City Hall — Council Chambers
The next Budget Workshop will take place on Tuesday, April 14 at 7 p.m. as part of the regular City Council Meeting at San Ramon City Hall (7000 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon CA, 94583), and will focus on Revenues.
This meeting is open to the public and will include time for public comment.
The meeting will also be streamed live on the City's YouTube channel, and a recording will be available to watch afterward.

Financial Discussion and FY27 Budget Status Update

San Ramon's Finance Department invites you to a presentation / discussion of the City’s current financial situation and the status of the FY27 budget development. We hope that this informal setting will allow you to comfortably ask questions and provide feedback on the information shared.
