Contra Costa workplaces and community groups looking to get vaccinated can request a free visit from Contra Costa Health Services' mobile COVID-19 vaccine service.

If your group wants to fully enjoy the benefits of vaccination, but not everybody has had the opportunity to get a vaccine, now is a great time to schedule a visit to your location within the county from our new, no-cost mobile service.

Your group or business just needs at least five vaccine-eligible people who want to get vaccinated, but they do not have to live in Contra Costa County, and there is no upper limit to the number of people who can get a vaccine.

Use the convenient online form to request a visit or call 1-833-829-2626. CCHS will work with you to schedule a time Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., within one week of your request.
