City of San Ramon

  • San Ramon Senior Center is helping deliver meals, non-perishable goods, and paper supplies to San Ramon Seniors. Call the Senior Hotline at (925) 973-3250 (Mon–Fri, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.) to let us know what you need. Mandarin speakers can leave a voicemail at (925) 973-3277 (checked between 11 a.m.–2 p.m., Mon–Fri).

Contra Costa County

  • Meals on Wheels provides meals to Contra Costa residents 60 years of age or older, who are homebound and unable to purchase or prepare regular nutritious meals for themselves, and have no one else available to do so.

  • The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano Counties distributes food directly to people in need through several programs.

  • CalFresh Food is offering application assistance to those interested in a CalFresh Card, which enables residents to buy food at participating grocery stores and Farmers' Markets. 

  •  Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa County is continuing to serve the Contra Costa Community through "to-go" meals and pre-filled bags with food pantry items.

Community Organizations

  • Canyon Creek Presbyterian Church's Community Care Pantry is providing food and select items to help bridge the gap during this uniquely challenging time. Beginning August 14, the pantry will be open on Mondays from 12:30–1:30 p.m. Registration is not required, but helps with administrative details, including text reminders, special offerings, and updates phone numbers submitted through the form: Register Here.
