2023 FESTIVAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
The San Ramon Art and Wind Festival offers sponsorship levels and benefits packages for the Memorial Day Festival, which include on-site opportunities, branding inclusion on collateral materials, online and in-media announcements, social media promotions, parking passes for staff and clients, and much more. A sponsorship package can also be customized to meet the unique needs of your business.
Contributing Sponsor - $500
Deadline 4 weeks before event – (April 29)
- Sponsor logo placed on the 6’x4’ sponsor recognition banner prominently displayed on-site
- Sponsor logo displayed on the City of San Ramon event webpage
San Ramon Small Business Sponsor - $750
Deadline 8 weeks before event – (April 15)
- Sponsor Criteria:
- San Ramon Small Business with no more than 25 employees
- Must be a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) or Sole-Proprietor
- Limit 10 Sponsors
- Sponsor logo placed on the 6’x4’ sponsor recognition banner prominently displayed on-site
- Sponsor logo displayed on the City of San Ramon event webpage
- Festival space (6’x6’) provided at event to distribute marketing materials
Corporate Sponsor - $1,500
Deadline 8 weeks before event - (April 15)
- Limit 12 Sponsors
- Sponsor logo placed on the 6’x4’ sponsor recognition banner prominently displayed on-site
- Sponsor logo in included in most marketing materials
- (includes website, social media, emails and program)
- (Poster and Postcard not included)
- Opportunity to distribute marketing materials at the festival
- Festival Booth space (10’x10’) with table provided at event in premium location
- Canopy available upon request
- 2 Parking Passes
- 2 Signed Art & Wind Festival artist posters
Festival Sponsor - Hot Air Balloon / Bike Valet Sponsor / Kid’s Zone - $3,000
Deadline 8 weeks before event – (April 15)
- Total of 3 Sponsors / Limit 1 per category
- Sponsor banner placed at Hot Air Balloon launch site, Bike Valet area, or Kid’s Zone
- Sponsor logo placed on the 6’x4’ sponsor recognition banner prominently displayed on-site
- Sponsor logo on the front cover of the festival program
