Responses to Request for Information Questions

Q. For the meetings & presentations in front of the City Council, would these be able to be done online? Or would an in-person meeting be expected?

A. City Council meetings and presentations would be in-person.

Q. Does the City of San Ramon have an incumbent service provider for this type of work?

A. The City worked with FM3 to conduct Community Satisfaction surveys in 2017 and 2023, and on a Garbage Rates survey in 2018. These surveys contained select questions on potential revenue measures, but were not dedicated to revenue measure polling. The City has not conducted polling dedicated to election feasibility for a local revenue measure in recent years.
