The Expressions Project
"How does San Ramon shape who you are?"

The Expressions Project is a unique, creative outlet for teenagers, from 6th - 12th grade, to express their perspectives about San Ramon. The topic for 2015 is "How does San Ramon shape who you are?" Through poetry and visual art, participants are allowed the opportunity to portray their views, opinions, and experiences as a teen growing up and living in San Ramon. Their new, developing viewpoints will be able to illustrate the San Ramon experience as it is understood from one generation of teens to the next.

- Winning visual art will be featured in the City of San Ramon Art Gallery Brochure.
- Winning poetry will have the opportunity to be recited on stage at the Art & Wind Festival.
- Winners and Honorable Mentions posted online at and
- Alcosta Senior & Community Center Gallery display for the month of May. Reception for all entries will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015, 9:30am - 11:00am.


The gallery display for all entries will be available May 2nd - May 28th, 2015 at the Alcosta Senior and Community Center, 9300 Alcosta Blvd. San Ramon, 94583. Please click here for gallery hours and information. A gallery reception will be held on Saturday May 9, 2015 from 9:30am-11:00am for all entries at the Alcosta Senior and Community Center.
