Those wishing to have an item brought before the Redevelopment Agency for consideration must request so during an Agency meeting.

6.	CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the Redevelopment Agency with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may request that the Redevelopment Agency remove the item from the Consent Calendar.

	9.1	Public Hearing: Resolution RDA 2008-01 – Adopting the 2005-2009 Updated Amended and Restated Implementation Plan for the City of San Ramon Redevelopment Project. Staff report by Deputy Executive Director Marc Fontes.
		Recommendation: Conduct Public Hearing; Adopt Resolution RDA 2008 -01. APPROVED 5-0
