	9.1	Resolution RDA 2007-07 – Authorizing Redevelopment Agency Funding to Implement a Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program and Extend the Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program and Authorizing the Executive Director or his Designee to Take Such Actions and Execute Such Documents as Necessary to Implement the Programs. 		Recommendation: Adopt Resolution RDA 2007-07. APPROVED 5-0

		Recommendation: Make Housing Advisory Committee Appointment. APPOINTED MAUREEN BEHREND AND KATHY STEWART FOR TERMS THROUGH JULY 2009
