Those wishing to have an item brought before the Redevelopment Agency for consideration, must request so during an Agency meeting.

	9.1	Resolution 2007-02 – Authorizing an Additional Allocation of Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds to Fund the Home Rehabilitation Grant Program and Exterior Enhancement Rebate Programs. Staff report by Housing Programs Manager Brooke Littman.
		Recommendation: Adopt Resolution RDA 2007-02. APPROVED 5-0
	9.2	Resolution RDA 2007-03 – Approving Agreements and Making Findings in Connection with Assisting an Affordable Housing Project to be Developed by American Baptist Homes of the West.
		Recommendation: Adopt Resolution RDA 2007-03. APPROVED AS AMENDED 5-0
10.	ADJOURNMENT
