4.	PUBLIC COMMENT At this time, those in the audience are encouraged to address the Redevelopment Agency on any item not already included in tonight’s agenda. No Agency action can be taken at this meeting on issues raised during Public Comment. Comments should not exceed five minutes. Those wishing to have an item brought before the Redevelopment Agency for consideration, must request so during an Agency meeting.

	5.1	Minutes of the January 9, 2007 meeting. APPROVED AS PRESENTED 5-0
6.	CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the Redevelopment Agency with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may request that the Redevelopment Agency remove the item from the Consent Calendar.

	9.1	Convene to Joint Public Hearing with the City Council to Consider the Expenditure of Monies by the Redevelopment Agency for the Installation and/or Construction of Certain Public Improvements Projects. Staff report by Marc Fontes, Deputy Executive Director and Jeff Eorio, Parks and Community Services Director.
		Recommendation: Conduct Joint Public Hearing; Adopt Resolution RDA 2007-01. APPROVED 5-0

	The next meeting of the Redevelopment Agency Board Meeting will be scheduled by the Agency Executive Director at a date and time to be determined, in the Council Chamber, 2222 Camino Ramon, San Ramon.
