No Agency action can be taken at this meeting on issues raised during Public Comment. Comments should not exceed five minutes. Those wishing to have an item brought before the Redevelopment Agency for consideration, must request so during an Agency meeting.

	9.1	Resolution RDA 2006-08 – Authorizing the Agency Chair to Authorize a Final Appropriation of $176,302.70 for CIP Project Number 8258 (Middle School Gymnasiums) and a Final Payment of $208,354.86 to San Ramon Valley Unified School District. Staff report by Marc Fontes, Deputy Executive Director.
