No Agency action can be taken at this meeting on issues raised during Public Comment. Comments should not exceed five minutes. Those wishing to have an item brought before the Redevelopment Agency for consideration, must request so during an Agency meeting.

6.	CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the Redevelopment Agency with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may request that the Redevelopment Agency remove the item from the Consent Calendar.

	8.1	Consideration of Resolution RDA 2006-04 – Adopting the Initial Study/Negative Declaration Prepared for the Proposed Fourth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the City of San Ramon Redevelopment Project. Staff report Consideration of Resolution RDA 2006-05 – Adopting the 2005-2009 Amended and Restated Implementation Plan for the City of San Ramon Redevelopment Project. Staff report by Marc Fontes, Deputy Executive Director.
		Recommendation: Adopt Resolution RDA 2006-04 and 2006-05.
