	9.1	Resolution RDA 2005-12 – Referring the Proposed Fourth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the City of San Ramon Redevelopment Project to the Planning Commission of the City of San Ramon for its Report and Recommendation and Authorizing the Transmittal of Said Fourth Amendment to the Affected Taxing Entities and Other Interested Persons and Organizations. 		Resolution RDA 2005-13 – Accepting the Preliminary Report for the Proposed Fourth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the City of San Ramon Redevelopment Project and Authorizing Transmittal of Said Report. Staff report
		Resolution RDA 2005-14 – Accepting the Initial Study/Negative Declaration Prepared for the Proposed Fourth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the City of San Ramon Community Redevelopment Project and Authorizing Transmittal of the Initial Study/Negative Declaration to all Affected Taxing Entities and Other Interested Persons and Organizations. 		Recommendation: Adopt Resolution RDA Nos. 2005-12, 2005-13 and 2005-14.
