No Agency action can be taken at this meeting on issues raised during Public Comment. Comments should not exceed five minutes. Those wishing to have an item brought before the Redevelopment Agency for consideration, must request so during an Agency meeting.

	5.1	Minutes of the June 28, 2005 meeting.
6.	CONSENT CALENDAR Consent Calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the Redevelopment Agency with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may request that the Redevelopment Agency remove the item from the Consent Calendar.

	9.1	Conceptual Review of Development Plan (DP 05-300-004), Land Use Permit (LUP 05-500-033), and Architectural Review (AR 05-200-041) of Proposed Young & Burton Commercial Building at 1949 San Ramon Valley Boulevard. Staff Report by Debbie Chamberlain, Planning Manager.
		Recommendation: Confirm Consistency with the San Ramon Redevelopment Project Area Plan.
10.	ADJOURNMENT
	The next meeting of the Redevelopment Agency Board Meeting will be scheduled by the Agency Executive Director at a date and time to be determined, in the Council Chamber, 2222 Camino Ramon, San Ramon.
