	9.1	Report required by State H&SC Sec. 33433 on Proposed Lease and Sublease Agreements of Commercial Office Space located in the Redevelopment Project Area (RDA) for use by the Telecommunication Incubator; Analysis of Incubator’s Beneficial Contribution to the RDA in its existing Office location; and confirming January 27,2004 as the date for City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board Public Hearing to consider approval of Proposed Agency Lease and Incubator Sublease Report from Executive Director Recommending Approval of Commercial Office Lease and Sub-lease Agreements Related to Relocation of Contra Costa/Tri-Valley Telecommunication Incubator to Redevelopment Project Area Staff Report by Dave Berger, Economic Development Manager
