9.1 Bylaws for the Housing Advisory Committee and Amending the Bylaws of the Economic Development Advisory Committee
Staff recommends that the Agency Board review the proposed Bylaws and Bylaw amendments and provide direction to staff.

9.2 Contra Costa County’s "Urban County" Community Development Block Grant and HOME Programs Cooperation Agreement for FY 2002/03, 2003/04, 2004/05
Staff recommends that the Agency Board extend the current Cooperation Agreement with the County’s "Urban County" Community Development Block Grant (CDGB), and the Home Investment Partnership Act (HOME) Programs for an additional three-year qualification period.
