If you are interested in renting one of the City of San Ramon’s rooms, complete the Facility Reservation Application, then fax, mail, or personally deliver it back to the appropriate facility. Upon receipt of your application, our staff will contact you to proceed with your requested booking. Please review all of our policies and indicate on your application, which facility and room you plan to utilize.

San Ramon Special Event Permit Application.

If you are interested in applying for a Special Event Permit in the City of San Ramon, you must complete the Special Event Permit Application, sign the Waiver of Liability and complete a written description on a separate document that address all nineteen items listed in the application. Not all 19 items will apply to every permit. The Special Event Permit Application is designed for all events covered by the Ordinance No. 231.
