Public Comment Instructions  

City Council meetings will be conducted on the web-video communication platform, Zoom. In order to view or participate in this meeting, members of the public will need to download Zoom from its website,  www.zoom.com or from your mobile application store. 

It is recommended that anyone wishing to participate in the meeting complete the download process before the start of the meeting.  Please ensure that you have a working microphone and a web camera so that you are able to participate in the live streaming of the meeting.

ALL  PUBLIC COMMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE REGULAR 3-MINUTE TIME LIMIT.

2.  Provide public written comments prior to the meeting by email, to cityclerk@sanramon.ca.gov

If you are submitting public comment via email, please do so by 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 to CityClerk@sanramon.ca.gov. Please include “Public Comment 4/14/2020” in the subject line. In the body of the email please include your name and the item you wish to speak on. Public comments submitted will be read during Public Comment and will be subject to the regular three-minute time restriction.
