Northwest Specific Plan

The Specific Plan area encompasses over 350 acres of largely
undeveloped land adjacent to the existing City limits on the east and west
sides of Bollinger Canyon Road. All the properties within the Specific Plan area are within the City
of San Ramon Urban Growth Boundary, but outside the current City limits.
The 50 acre area to the west of Bollinger Canyon Road is within the
County of Contra Costa Urban Limit Line as well.
It is anticipated that the properties will be annexed into the city
prior to development.
