ROAD AND LANDSCAPING PROJECTS:

  1. BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - This project provides for the improvements to Bollinger Canyon Road between I-680 to Canyon Lakes Drive.

  2. BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD WIDENING (CANYON LAKES TO DOUGHERTY) - This project provides for the widening of Bollinger Canyon Road between Canyon Lakes Drive to Dougherty Road to provide for an additional travel lane for both directions of traffic.

  3. CITYWIDE STREET LIGHTING UPGRADE PROJECT - This project will provide for annual relamping of streetlights and photo cells throughout the Citywide lighting zone 1.

  4. PARKING LOT PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE - This project will provide for resurfacing of the parking lots at City parks and facilities with this year work on Athan Downs Park.

  5. PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT – This yearly project involves identifying, calculating costs, and repairing the streets maintained by the City.

TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECTS:

  1. CENTRAL TRAFFIC SIGNAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UPGRADE PROJECT - This project will upgrade the City's central traffic signal management system by installing new hardware and firmware in all the City's traffic signal controllers and new software at the central traffic management system console.

  2. CITYWIDE STREET LIGHTING RELAMPING PROJECT - This project will provide relamping of streetlights throughout the Citywide lighting zone 1 on an annual basis.

  3. TRAFFIC SIGNAL BACKUP POWER PROGRAM - Phase II - This project will install battery backup power supplies for emergency operation of traffic signals at all remaining 43 intersections.

PARKS AND FACILITY PROJECTS:

  1. 2401 CROW CANYON ROAD BUILDING ACQUISITION - This project will purchase the building and provide improvements for use of the building by the Police Department.

  2. DOUGHERTY VALLEY SERVICE CENTER FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT PROJECT - This project will provide for the furnishings and equipment for the new Dougherty Valley Service Center which will be open in September 2009.

  3. FOUNTAIN REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project will provide necessary repairs and renovations to all City fountains.

  4. GALE RANCH MIDDLE SCHOOL MODULAR OFFICE & CLASSROOM - This project will provide for a mobile modular office and classroom on the campus of Gale Ranch Middle School as well as the purchase of additional modular offices to be installed in every other middle school in San Ramon.

  5. MUDD'S RESTAURANT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT - This project will provide for the acquisition of the Mudd's Restaurant for renovation and improvements to add to the City's facilities for recreational purposes.

  6. PARK RESTROOM RENOVATIONS - This project will renovate the existing restroom buildings with a new fabricated restroom building for public use at Athan Downs Park, Boone Acres Park, Mill Creek Hollow, Village Green Park, Old Ranch Park and Central Park.

  7. PUBLIC ART IN PARKS PROJECT - This project will provide for a commissioned piece of public art for City parks throughout the City.

  8. SAN RAMON OLYMPIC POOL EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project will provide the replacement of pool heaters, pumps, motors and related equipment at San Ramon Olympic Pool.

CREEK AND FLOOD CONTROL PROJECTS:

  1. BOLLINGER CREEK CULVERT REPAIR PROJECT - This project will provide repairs to San Ramon Creek Culvert located on Crow Canyon Road just east of Bollinger Canyon Road. It will include environmental review and regulatory permit.

OTHER PROJECTS:

  1. PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS - Annual Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk Repairs throughout the City.
