Memorial Park

  1. ALCOSTA BOULEVARD / I-680 INTERCHANGE – This project will modify the I-680 interchange at Alcosta Boulevard configuration as well as the on and off-ramps.
  2. ALCOSTA BOULEVARD / KIMBALL AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT - This project will construct a new traffic signal at the intersection of Alcosta Boulevard and Kimball Avenue.

     
  3. ALCOSTA BOULEVARD / OVERLOOK DRIVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT - This project will construct a new traffic signal at the intersection of Alcosta Boulevard and Overlook Drive (Central Park Driveway).

     
  4. ALCOSTA TRAFFIC SIGNAL INTERCONNECT (SRVB/FIRCREST) PROJECT - This project will install an interconnect cable to coordinate the traffic signals on Alcosta Boulevard from San Ramon Valley Boulevard to Fircrest Drive.

     
  5. ANNUAL CREEK DREDGING/VEGETATION REMOVAL PROJECT - This project will provide for periodic creek dredging, tree trimming and non-routine tree and vegetation removal to allow for full flow capacity of the creeks in the City.

     
  6. AQUATIC CENTER RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN COMPLIANCE - This project will provide for the replacement of the chemical storage units at the Aquatic Center according to the Risk Management Plan Compliance.

     
  7. ARTERIAL SCHOOL ZONE FLASHING BEACONS PROJECT - This project will provide flashing beacons on the arterial roadways at Iron Horse Middle School on Alcosta Boulevard and at Golden View Elementary School on Crow Canyon Road.
  8. BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD / ALCOSTA BOULEVARD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - This project will relocate the center median on the east side of the intersection, reconstruct the south curb and re-stripe the intersection.
     
  9. BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD / CROW CANYON ROAD SIGNAL UPGRADE PROJECT - This project will upgrade the traffic signals and install new poles and signal heads to provide separate left turn phases for northbound and southbound traffic on Bollinger Canyon Road at Crow Canyon Road.

     
  10. BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD PLAN LINE STUDY - This project will prepare a Plan Line Study for the ultimate geometric alignment of Bollinger Canyon Road from San Ramon Valley Boulevard to Canyon Lakes Drive.
  11. CAMINO RAMON WIDENING PROJECT – This project will construct one additional southbound lane between Fostoria Way and Crow Canyon Road.

  12. CITY FACILITIES FLOOR COVERING REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project would provide for the replacement of the floor coverings throughout the City facilities to include the Library, Community Center Patio and the Senior Center.

     
  13. CITY FACILITIES HVAC DUCT CLEANING AND EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project would provide for the replacement of the heat exchangers at the Community Center.

     
  14. COMMUNITY CENTER EXTERIOR EXPANSION JOINT SEALANT REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project would provide for the replacement of the exterior expansion joint sealants at the Community Center.

     
  15. CROW CANYON CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT – This project provides for the improvements to the Crow Canyon corridor between I-680 and Alcosta Boulevard.

  16. CROW CANYON ROAD/CROW CANYON PLACE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT - This project will install a traffic signal at the intersection of Crow Canyon Road and Crow Canyon Place.
     
  17. CROW CANYON ROAD / ST. GEORGE ROAD "PREPARE TO STOP" SIGNS PROJECT - The project will provide two "Prepare to Stop" signs for west bound Crow Canyon Road at St. George Road.
  18. CROW CANYON GARDENS FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - This project would provide some repairs to the wanderers room, storage facility and shed at the Gardens Facility.

     
  19. FOREST HOME FARMS  - GUEST HOUSE AND RESTROOMS RENOVATION PROJECT - This project would provide a structural renovation of the Guest House and restrooms as well as update the entrance/exit facilities of the House to be in compliance with the Americans with Disability Act.

     
  20. FOREST HOME FARMS - GLASS HOUSE INTERIOR RENOVATION - This project will renovate and restore the interior of the David Glass House and the Tank House in Forest Home Farms. 

     
  21. FOREST HOME FARMS - GLASS HOUSE SITE LANDSCAPING - This project will design layout plans for landscape the David Glass House site south of Oak Creek in Forest Home Farms.
  22. MEMORIAL PARK SPLIT-RAIL FENCE INSTALLATION PROJECT - This project will install 700 linear feet of split-rail fence along the BMX track at Memorial Park.

     
  23. NORRIS CANYON ROAD RECONSTRUCTION (TWIN CREEKS DRIVE TO BOLLINGER CANYON ROAD) PROJECT - This project provides for street rehabilitation work on Norris canyon Road from Twin Creeks Drive to the west end of Celaya Circle.

     
  24. OLD RANCH ROAD BOX CULVERT HEADWALL AT ALAMO CREEK PROJECT - This project will repair the tension failure of the north concrete headwall of the Old Ranch Road box culvert at Alamo Creek resulting from excessive deflection of the wall.

     
  25. PEDESTRIAN SIGNAL HEAD UPGRADE - This project will provide for the retrofitting of existing pedestrian signal heads by adding a visible countdown timer.

     
  26. PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS - Annual Pavement Repairs, Sidewalk Repairs, Drainage Canal Road maintenance along South San Ramon Creek.

     
  27. RADAR SPEED DISPLAY SIGN DEMONSTRATION PROJECT - This project will install a speed display sign to alert drivers of their vehicle speed to encourage speed limit compliance and improve safety.

     
  28. SENIOR CENTER EXPANSION - This project would provide for a separate building connected by a breezeway to the main Senior Center building with two classrooms, a meeting room, kitchen and a multi-purpose room.

     
  29. SENIOR CENTER VISTA GRANDE PARTITION PANELS REPLACEMENT PROJECT - This project would provide for the replacement of the fabric partition of the Vista Grande Room at the Senior Center.

     
  30. STORM DAMAGE REPAIRS – This yearly project involves identifying, calculating costs, and repairing storm damage areas along all city maintained streets, slopes and creeks.

     
  31. TENNIS COURTS RESURFACING AND WINDSCREEN REPLACEMENT - This project will provide for the resurfacing of the tennis courts and windscreen replacements at Athan Down Park and Central Park.

     
  32. TRAFFIC SIGNAL BACKUP POWER PROGRAM - This project will install backup electrical power capability for the traffic signals at: Alcosta Boulevard at Bollinger Canyon Road; Sunset Drive at Bollinger Canyon Road; San Ramon Valley Boulevard at Bollinger Canyon Road; San Ramon Valley Boulevard at Crow Canyon Road; and Crow Canyon Road at Crow Canyon Place.

     
  33. VILLAGE PARKWAY/TRIANA WAY FLASHING BEACON PROJECT - This project will provide for the installation of flashing warning beacons at the Village Parkway/Triana Way intersection.
