Educational Resources University of San Francisco, San Ramon Regional Campus The University of San Francisco's (USF) San Ramon Regional Campus is located in the Bishop Ranch Business Park adjacent I-680 in San Ramon. Undergraduate degree programs offered at the San Ramon campus include: Applied Economics, American Studies, Information Systems, Organizational Behavior and Public Administration. Graduate programs include: Counseling Psychology, Organization Development, Information Systems and Public Administration. The curriculum at USF is conducive to establishing networks among students, faculty and alumni as well as taking advantage of the skills and intangible resources that the adult learners bring to the classroom. Classes are conveniently scheduled evening and weekends to provide students the resources and opportunities to complete a degree within one to two years. The San Ramon Regional Campus is a complete university facility with a full administrative and advising staff, seven classrooms, a library, conference and break room. On-line tutoring services are available in a variety of academic disciplines and special student support is offered through our Career Services Center, Counseling Center and Disability Related Services Office. University of California Davis, Bay Area MBA program The University of California, Davis, brings their nationally ranked MBA program to San Ramon. Students have an opportunity to earn their degree through courses taught every other weekend by UC Davis faculty at the San Ramon Valley Conference Center. This program is specifically designed for working professionals to continue in their careers while they master a range of functional, managerial and leadership skills. Students move through the program as a cohort, working collaboratively to enhance their leadership and team skills for greater effectiveness in competitive markets. St. Mary’s College of California, San Ramon Program St. Mary’s College offers an evening program in San Ramon that is designed to provide students with the opportunity to obtain an Executive MBA. Classes are held twice a week at the San Ramon Valley Conference Center. The Executive MBA program is designed primarily for experienced, working managers to reflect and build on their knowledge-base and experience, to discover new perspectives and abilities, and to earn a recognized credential which will enable them to go even further in their careers. Diablo Valley Community College, San Ramon Campus At DVC, students have a selection of day, evening and weekend courses. A wide range of courses are offered at DVC, which allows students to complete the requirements for their AA degree and/or meet CSU general education and IGETC certifications. Some of the classes offered at the DVC include computer classes (ex: MS Word, PowerPoint and Photo Shop) and business classes (ex: Intro. to Business, Principles of Accounting, and Intro. to Management Studies). Students can take advantage of many of the same services available at the main campus including a Book Center, admissions office, counseling services, computer labs and library facilities. |
