Minute Order No. 2014-016 – Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into Annual Contracts with Kris Milligan and Bay Area Children’s Theatre for Contracts Which are Expected to Exceed $50,000 Annually. Staff Report

Minute Order No. 2014-017 - Accepting the Work by World Priority Construction for the San Ramon Olympic Pool Gas Chlorine Conversion Services Project (CIP No. 5565) as Complete and Authorizing the City Clerk to File a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's Office. Staff Report

Resolution No. 2014-056 – Authorizing the Mayor to Execute an Agreement with Water Rock Construction Corporation for the Construction of the Bollinger Canyon Road Culvert Repairs Project (CIP 5548C), in an Amount Not to Exceed $225,000. Staff Report

Resolution No. 2014-057 – Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement with Casey Printing, Inc. for the Printing of the Recreation Guide, San Ramon Restaurant Guide, Performing Arts Season Brochure, and City Newsletters for a Time Extension from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 and in an Additional Amount Not-to-Exceed $70,901 for a Cumulative Total of $327,401. Resolution No. 2014-058 – Repealing Resolution No. 2013-117 and Amending the Parking Restrictions Master Street List Establishing Restricted Parking Zones in the City of  San Ramon as per Title B, Division B-8, Chapter I, Article 1, Section B8-1, Stopping, Standing or Parking – Curb Marking Designations. Recommendation:  Approve Resolution No. 2014-058.

Resolution No. 2014-059 – Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Amendment No. 5 to the Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of San Ramon, the County of Contra Costa and the Contra Costa Community College District for Operation of  the Dougherty Station Library. Staff Report

Resolution No. 2014-060 – Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Amendment No. 1 to the Contract (C2013-029) with Boyd & Associates for One (1) Additional Year Through June 30, 2015; and to Provide for Additional Funds of $50,000 for a Total Cumulative Contract Amount Not-to-Exceed $150,000. City Center Update.  Introduction by Planning and Community Services Director Phil Wong. Presentation by Alexander Mehran Jr., President and Chief Operating Officer, Sunset Development Company and Antonio Belvedere, Partner, Renzo Piano Building Workshop, (Paris, France).

PUBLIC COMMENT
Members of the audience are encouraged to address the City Council on any non-agenda item.  However, no Council action can be taken at this meeting on issues raised during Public Comment.  Those wishing to have an item brought before the City Council for consideration must request so during a City Council meeting.  Upon Council approval, the item will be placed on the Council Policy Committee Agenda for further consideration.

For the first round of Public Comment on non-agenda items, the first five people to submit Public Comment cards to the City Clerk will have three minutes to address the Council on matters not on the agenda.  The Public Comment cards must be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the commencement of the meeting.  Any additional Public Comments will be accommodated later in the meeting.

Resolution No. 2014-XXX – Making an Application to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) Requesting Initiation of Proceedings for Reorganization Pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Local Government Reorganization Act of 2000 for Dougherty Valley Annexation #16  – Phase I Rancho San Ramon Community Park.
