8.1 Register of Demands as submitted by the City Treasurer.
It is recommended the City Council accept the Register of Demands.
8.2 Ordinance – Establishing a Review Process and Development Standards for Wireless Telecommunications in the City of San Ramon (File #TA-02-410-02). Staff report by Joye Fukuda, Development Services Director.

It is recommended the City Council adopt the Ordinance.

10.1

Public Hearing – Proposed formation of a New Special Assessment Zone 18, Twin Creeks, as part of the City’s Landscaping and Lighting District No. 1984-1; Tabulation of Ballots; and Consideration of Resolution No. 2003-33 to Establish a "Per Unit Annual Assessment Limit" of $194 for FY 2003/04 to FY 2007/08 and $106 beginning FY 2008/09. Staff report by Joye Fukuda, Development Services Director.

   

It is recommended the City Council hold the public hearing, call for ballots to be tabulated by the City Clerk and adopt Resolution No. 2003-33.

Resolution No. 2003-36 Authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interim Contract with the Crow Canyon Gardens Institute to maintain the Crow Canyon Gardens. Staff report by Gail Waiters, City Manager.

   

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2003-36.

Dublin San Ramon Services District – East Bay Municipal Utility District Recycled Water Authority (DERWA) San Ramon Valley Recycled Water Program – DERWA Tank R 200 Project in Dougherty Valley. It is recommended the City Council receive the presentation.
