PUBLIC COMMENT
Pursuant to the Brown Act §54954.3(a), public comment for
special meetings will be accepted as follows: members of the public
have a maximum of three minutes to directly address the City
Council concerning any item on the Special Meeting Agenda prior to
the item being discussed for consideration. Once the public comment
period is closed there will be no additional opportunity for the
public to interact with the City Council on that item during the
Special Meeting. |

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Civic/City
Center Project. Presented by Fisher Friedman Associates and
Greenbuild.

It is recommended the City Council, Planning Commission, and
Housing Advisory Committee accept the presentation and provide
direction to staff.

Affordable Housing Presentation. Staff Report by Brooke Littman,
Housing Programs Manager and Victoria Walker, Senior Planner.

It is recommended the City Council accept the presentation.
