CONSENT CALENDAR

Consent Calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the City Council with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may request that the City Council remove the item from the Consent Calendar.

 

8.1

Register of Demands as submitted by the City Treasurer.

   

It is recommended the City Council ratify the Register of Demands.

 

 

8.2

Resolution No. 2002-31 Authorizing the San Ramon Police
Department to enforce the California Vehicle Code on private streets in The Bridges at Gale Ranch.

   

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-31.

 

8.3

Resolution No. 2002-32 Establishing a rate of $30 per equivalent runoff unit for the FY 2002/03 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systems Stormwater Program and requesting the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (Flood Control District) to adopt an annual parcel assessment.

   

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-32.

 

 

8.4

Acceptance of work by Bay Cities Paving & Grading for construction of the Crow Canyon Road Overlay Improvements Project (CIP 7136), Federal Aid Project No. STPL-5437 (007), and the San Ramon Valley Boulevard Overlay Project (CIP 7137), Federal Aid Project No STPL-5437 (008), as complete and authorization for the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder’s Office.

It is recommended the City Council approve the work as complete.

City Manager and Designated Directorates Contract Quarterly Report – January to March 31, 2002.

It is recommended the City Council accept the report.

Set Public Hearing for Resolution No. 2002-33 – Establishing Fees and Charges for various municipal services and repealing Resolution No. 2001-60.

It is recommended the City Council set April 26, 2002 as the public hearing date.

Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Advisory Committee Annual Report. Presented by Michael Brusselback, Chairperson.

11.1

Continued Public Hearing – Discussion of scheduling and timing to construct the following projects within the Iron Horse Trail right-of-way in the City of San Ramon.

  • Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (CCCSD) Force Main Project
  • Dublin San Ramon Services District/East Bay Municipal Utility District Recycled Water Authority (DERWA) San Ramon Recycled Water Project
  • Pacific Gas & Electric (PG & E) Fiber Optic Telecommunication Project

Resolution No. 2002-29 Authorizing the Mayor to execute a temporary construction easement with CCCSD for up to a one-acre portion of the City’s 7.7-acre Civic Center site and authorizing the City Engineer to issue an encroachment permit to CCCSD for their Force Main Project. Staff Report by Joye Fukuda, Engineering Services Director.

   

It is recommended the City Council hold the public hearing and adopt Resolution No. 2002-29.
