II Expansion Project (CIP 8522) in an amount not to exceed $186,000.

1984-1 Describing new improvements and ordering the district

Resolution No. 2002-24 Authorizing the Mayor to execute an
agreement with Flora Tech Landscape Management, Inc., for the
provision of citywide and special assessment zone landscape
maintenance services for an annual amount not to exceed $326,292.

Resolution 2002-25 Accepting certain roadway improvements for
Shoreline Drive as complete and for maintenance (CIP 7185),
accepting various rights-of-way and easements containing Shoreline
Drive improvements (Essex San Ramon Partners LP & Shapell
Industries, Inc.), and authorizing the opening of Shoreline Drive to
through traffic.
