Resolution No. 2002-24 Authorizing the Mayor to execute an
agreement with Flora Tech Landscape Management, Inc., for the

Resolution 2002-25 Accepting certain roadway improvements for
Shoreline Drive as complete and for maintenance (CIP 7185),
accepting various rights-of-way and easements containing Shoreline
Drive improvements (Essex San Ramon Partners LP & Shapell
Industries, Inc.), and authorizing the opening of Shoreline Drive to
through traffic.
