Resolution No. 2002-21 Accepting certain road and storm drain
improvements in Subdivision 8026 (Standard Pacific/Four Oaks) as
complete and for maintenance, accepting Subdivision 8026 frontage
improvements on San Ramon Valley Boulevard as complete and for
maintenance, accepting Parcels A, B, C, and D of Subdivision 8026
for roadway and open space purposes, authorizing the full release of
all security for public improvements, accepting a performance bond
from Standard Pacific in the amount of $264,000 for San Ramon Valley
Boulevard Improvement Fee Obligation and authorizing the conveyance
of a portion of Parcel D to the property owner abutting Lot 13 (130
Minerva Way).

Crow Canyon Road Landslide Repair Project (CIP 8652) as complete and
authorization for the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder’s Office.
