maintenance, accepting Parcels A, B, C, and D of Subdivision 8026
for roadway and open space purposes, authorizing the full release of
all security for public improvements, accepting a performance bond
from Standard Pacific in the amount of $264,000 for San Ramon Valley
Boulevard Improvement Fee Obligation and authorizing the conveyance
of a portion of Parcel D to the property owner abutting Lot 13 (130
Minerva Way).
