CONSENT CALENDAR

Register of Demands as submitted by the City Treasurer.

   

It is recommended the City Council ratify the Register of Demands.

 

8.2

Landscaping and Lighting District 1984-1

Resolution No. 2002-20 Approving the Landscaping and Lighting District No. 1984-1 Amended Engineer’s Report for FY 2001/02.

 

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-20.

 

8.3

Resolution No. 2002-21 Accepting certain road and storm drain improvements in Subdivision 8026 (Standard Pacific/Four Oaks) as complete and for maintenance, accepting Subdivision 8026 frontage improvements on San Ramon Valley Boulevard as complete and for maintenance, accepting Parcels A, B, C, and D of Subdivision 8026 for roadway and open space purposes, authorizing the full release of all security for public improvements, accepting a performance bond from Standard Pacific in the amount of $264,000 for San Ramon Valley Boulevard Improvement Fee Obligation and authorizing the conveyance of a portion of Parcel D to the property owner abutting Lot 13 (130 Minerva Way).

   

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-21.

 

8.4

Acceptance of work by Grade Tech, Inc., for construction of the Crow Canyon Road Landslide Repair Project (CIP 8652) as complete and authorization for the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder’s Office.

   

It is recommended the City Council approve the work as complete.

 

8.5

Acceptance of work by Valley Crest for landscaping improvements at Golden View School Park (CIP 5309) as complete and authorization for the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder’s Office.

   

It is recommended the City Council approve the work as complete.

 

8.6

Mid-year Report of the FY 2001/02 Community Service Grant Program.

   

It is recommended the City Council receive the report.

WRITTEN COMMUNICATION

 

9.1

Letter received from Central Contra Costa Sanitary District regarding the San Ramon Trunk and Tunnel and the Pumping Station Improvements.

Public Hearing - San Ramon Senior Center Phase II Expansion Conceptual Design

Resolution No. 2002-16 Approving the conceptual design for the San Ramon Senior Center Phase II Expansion Project (CIP 8522). Staff Report by Moustefa Kendroud, Senior Civil Engineer. Presented by Esther Lucas, Division Manager, Parks & Community Services Department.

   

It is recommended the City Council hold the public hearing and adopt Resolution No. 2002-16.

Consideration of City Center Consultant Agreements – Turner Construction. Staff Report by Phil Wong, Planning Services Director.

   

It is recommended the City Council review the report and provide direction to staff.

11.

Resolution No. 2002-19 Receiving the Mid-Year Review of FY 2001-02 Program of Services, approving the recommended budget adjustments and amending the Capital Improvement Program. Staff Report by Jim Randall, Administrative Services Director.
