CASE OF JAMES S. LINDSEY V. CITY OF SAN RAMON PROVIDING FOR
FULL PAYMENT OF AN AMOUNT RECOMMENDED BY THE DIRECTOR OF
ENGINEERING SERVICES IN FULL SATISFACTION OF ALL CLAIMS
AGAINST THE CITY OF SAN RAMON AND IN A FORM APPROVED BY THE
CITY ATTORNEY. THE MOTION WAS SECONDED BY VICE MAYOR
