COUNCIL UNANIMOUSLY PASSED A MINUTE ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE EMPLOYMENT MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH CITY MANAGER HERB MONIZ WITH SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS DISCUSSED IN CLOSED SESSION.
