	8.3	Resolution No. 2007-16 – Accepting Certain Roadway and Stormdrain Dedications and Improvements in RA 1148 (Japonica Way) for Maintenance (Shapell Industries – Gallery at Gale Ranch).

	8.4	Resolution No. 2007-17 – Accepting Certain Roadway, Stormdrain, and Trail Dedications and Improvements in Subdivision 8690 for Maintenance (Shapell Industries – Gallery at Gale Ranch).

	8.5	Accept the Work by Top Grade Construction, Inc. for the Construction of Alcosta Boulevard Pavement Rehabilitation Project as Part of the FY 2005/06 Pavement Management Project (CIP 5366) as Complete and Authorize the City Clerk to File a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's Office.
		Recommendation: Accept Work and Authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion. APPROVED 5-0
	8.6	Accept the Work by W. Bradley Electric, Inc. for Phase I of the Construction of City of San Ramon Traffic Signal Installation and Upgrade Project (CIP Nos. 5334, 5373, 5380, 5384, 5385, 5387, 7712, and 7726) as Complete and Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder’s Office.
