Resolution No. 2005-125 - Accepting Certain Landscape Parcels in Subdivision 8135, the Landscape Improvements on Those Parcels and all Other Landscape Improvements Contained in the Medians and Parkways of Public Roadways Within this Subdivision for Maintenance (Shapell Industries/The Bridges at Gale Ranch).
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2005-125.

Resolution No. 2005-131 - Approving the Transfer of $25,000 from the San Ramon Transit Shelter Program Revenue Fund to the Street Smarts Program for: (a) $15,000 to Hire a Contractor to Implement Phase II of the Street Smarts Program; and (b) $10,000 for the City's Share of Phase II Program Costs.
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2005-131.
