Register of Demands as submitted by the City Treasurer.

   

It is recommended the City Council ratify the Register of Demands.

 

 

8.2

Resolution No. 2002-121 Authorizing the Mayor to execute a freeway agreement with the State of California Department of Transportation relating to that portion of State Highway 680 from the Contra Costa County line to 0.14 kilometer south of Pine Valley Road (Alcosta/I-680 Interchange Project CIP 8144).

 

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-121.

 

8.3

Resolution No. 2002-122 Authorizing the Mayor to approve the expenditure of Federal Local Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) Funds in the amount of $12,623 and the City of San Ramon fund the required matching funds in the amount of $1,403.
   

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-122.

CONCEPTUAL MASTER PLAN PRESENTED.  SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2002, AT 7:00 P.M., IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER.

   

It is recommended the City Council receive the presentation and provide direction to staff. Note: Special Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2002, at 7:00 P. M., in the City Council Chamber.

12.1

Public Hearing – Resolution No. 2002-123 Approving the mitigated negative declaration of environmental impact for the Crow Canyon Corridor Improvement Projects (CIP’s 7114, 7116, 7117, 7127, 7129, 7130, 8125, and 8168). Staff Report by Joye Fukuda, Development Services Director.

 APPROVED

   

It is recommended the City Council hold the public hearing and adopt Resolution No. 2002-123.

 

12.2

Resolution No. 2002-125 Authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Management Partners, Inc., to prepare a multi-year business plan for the City of San Ramon. Staff Report by Jim Randall, City Manager.

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-125.

12.3 BY UNANIMOUS VOTE, THIS EMERGENCY ITEM WAS PLACED ON THE AGENDA.
Resolution No. 2002-126 Making a finding of imminent danger at the Bollinger Creek Crossing northeast of the intersection of Crow Canyon and Bollinger Canyon Roads and authoring the City Engineer to take immediate remedial action.
