Resolution No. 2002-115 Authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Francisco & Associates for planning, engineering and financial services relating to the Dougherty Valley in an amount not to exceed $75,000.

 

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-115.

 

8.3

Resolution No. 2002- 119 Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Parsons Brinckerhoff (formerly dba Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas, Inc.), for engineering design and construction support services the Alcosta/I-680 Interchange Project (CIP 8144), in an amount not to exceed $235,344.

   

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-119.

Quarterly Investment Report – period ending September 30, 2002.

   

It is recommended the City Council accept the report.

Resolution No. 2002-112 Denying Land Use Permit (LUP-02-500-005; 2641 Camino Ramon), filed by Sunset Land Company, Bishop Ranch Heliport, 2641 Camino Ramon.

   

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-112.
