Resolution No. 2002-127 Repealing Resolution No. 2001-144 and approving the Master Street List establishing restricted parking zones in the City of San Ramon.

Resolution No. 2002-128 Authorizing the Mayor to sign Cooperative Agreement No. 43-00-62 with the Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) for Transportation Fund for Clean Air (TFCA) in the amount of $222,500 and for FY 2002/03 Measure C Carpool Funds of $61,101 to implement the City of San Ramon and Southwest Area Transportation (SWAT) Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Programs.

   

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-128.

Resolution No. 2002-129 Setting a 9% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for the City of San Ramon for federally funded projects administered by the California Department of Transportation during Year 2002/03 and accepting the Year 2001-02 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Report.

   

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-129.

Landscaping and Lighting District No. 1984-1
Creation of new Special Assessment Zone 18

Resolution No. 2002-130 Describing new improvements for Special Assessment Zone 18, Twin Creeks (Subdivisions 4952, 5189, 5215, 5216, 5217, and 5288), and ordering the District Engineer to prepare and file an Engineer’s Report.

   

It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2002-130.

Acceptance of work by Bay Cities Paving and Grading, Inc., for Camino Ramon from Bollinger Canyon Road to Norris Canyon Road and Crow Canyon Road from St. George Road to Doughtery Road Pavement Rehabilitation Project (CIP 5316) as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder’s Office.

   

It is recommended the City Council accept the work as complete.

Introduction of Ordinance to provide exemption from Transient Occupancy Tax for charitable organizations providing emergency housing.
