Phil Wong BUILDING SERVICES2226 Camino Ramon Building and Safety Services promotes health and safety in the construction and maintenance of buildings and structures, and the maintenance of property through enforcement of uniform building codes, conservation standards, regulations, and ordinances PLANNING SERVICES2226 Camino Ramon The Planning Services is responsible for all environmental and land use related services and formulation of housing policies for the City of San Ramon, including staff support for the City Council, the Planning Commission, the Architectural Review Board, and the Zoning Administrator. The specific programs within the department include: general administration, development processing, zoning administration, architectural review, subdivision processing, zoning enforcement, General Plan administration, environmental review, housing, and special planning studies. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES3180 Crow Canyon Place, Suite 145 The Transportation Services Division is responsible for planning and implementing programs to ensure effective, convenient and safe transportation for people and goods in San Ramon. The Division's provides staff support to the Transportation Advisory Committee, Transportation Demand Management Committee, Tri-Valley Transportation Council and the Southwest Area Transportation Committee. The Division's programs include Transportation Planning, Transportation Demand Management (TDM), Regional Transportation Coordination, Safe Routes to School, Residential Traffic Calming, Street Smarts, TRAFFIX, Public Transit, and Traffic Impact Fee Program.
