One on One Basketball - East Bay/Marin Region is starting our 20th year of running youth sports programs throughout the Bay Area. The Bay Area has become the center of the Basketball World with the sudden rise of the Golden State Warriors and their 3 NBA Championships. The East Bay/Marin region has concentrated on One on One's core programs (After School Enrichment Classes, Camps, Skill Development Classes, Youth Leagues, and Club/AAU Basketball teams). Flag Football

One on One Sports

Join ONE on ONE SPORTS for After School Flag Football this Fall.  Experienced  coaches will run a weekly program concentrating on footwork development, receiving, route running, passing. Each class will conclude with a 20-30 minute flag football game. Participants will be grouped according to age.

Skyhawks Sports

Rhythmic Gymnastics

American Academy of Rhythmic Gymnastics

Level 1-2 (Ages 4-9):
The Olympic sport of Rhythmic gymnastics combines the elegance, grace and beauty of the dancer with the power, strength and coordination of the athlete. We teach yoga poses, tumbling, dance steps. About the Instructor

Fremont Table Tennis Academy and Fremont Table Tennis Academy Tri-Valley Branch are owned and led by long-time top US player and coach Shashin Shodhan. Fremont Table Tennis Academy has been in existence since 2007 and Fremont Table Tennis Academy Tri-Valley Branch just recently opened in 2020.As a player, Shashin has won 15 national titles in various age and rating events and represented the US men as a top performer at the North American Olympic Trials. As a coach, he now brings his passion to his students and is now certified as a USA Table Tennis National Coach. 

FTTA is one of the first full-time table-tennis clubs in the US and one of the top performing clubs in the nation. It teaches kids and adults in a fun and friendly environment. FTTA's goal is to develop and have good kids and people first and good table-tennis players second. Shashin has been a Bay Area resident since the age of 6 and has traveled to China and Europe for extended periods over 10 times to learn from top world-class coaches and practice with top world-class players.

Taekwon-Do ITF (International Taekwon-Do Federation)

About The Instructor

 Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art (or karate) that was developed for the Korean military as a form of defensive martial art utilizing the hands and feet. Today, Taekwon-Do is known for its dazzling array of kicking techniques which include spinning and jumping kicks. Its practicality makes it one of the most powerful martial arts in existence.

Their instructors come from diverse backgrounds and have countless awards and certifications under their belts. Their instructors are national and world champions, internationally recognized instructors, and dedicated practitioners of Taekwon-Do. Their range of skills and specialties create a well-rounded and engaging environment for training.

At Jue’s Taekwon-Do, we teach ITF-style (“International Taekwon-Do Federation” or traditional-style) Taekwon-Do and are affiliated with the nationally recognized USITF branch of the ITF Taekwon-Do governing body.

They emphasize a lifestyle that extends beyond Taekwon-Do, and they are incredibly proud of their students’ achievements outside their do-jang (school). Their students have gone on to pursue higher education at schools such as Stanford, Yale, Columbia, UC Berkeley, and UCLA, have taught self-defense to underprivileged children overseas, and have volunteered hundreds of hours to their community.

GIRLS ON THE RUN

About The Instructor

Girls on the Run® is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. 

Trained coaches will guide a small team of 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade girls to build supportive connections that help them motivate each other to set and achieve big goals, both on and off the track. Each practice consists of a social-emotional lesson, movement games, and a running workout, all from the nationally-recognized Girls on the Run curriculum and culminates in a fun 5k event at the end of the program. Emotional intelligence is the building block of next-generation leadership, and Girls on the Run develops these critical skills; including confidence, motivation, self-awareness, growth mindset, social connection, and empathy.

Girls on the Run is one of only 3 programs recognized by the Harvard Graduate School of Education as a top social-emotional learning (SEL) experience for kids.
