Guidelines
Re-submittals
Remember to always check with the
Planning Division at (925) 973-2560 to confirm zoning requirements prior to beginning your
project!

REQUIRED DOCUMENT SUBMITTAL
(Please provide three (3) complete sets)

Return three (3) sets of
revised plans, two (2) sets of supporting documentation, one (1) set of
originally submitted plans, an itemized written response and a
re-submittal request form.

Submit to the Permit
Specialist at the Building and Safety Services counter. He/she will ask
the Planning Division to review (note: under
most circumstances, Planning Division review can be performed
over-the-counter).

Permit Specialist date stamps
request form. He/she date
stamps "received" on all documentation, enters information
into computer and routes as required. Plans are routed and recheck
begins.

Turnaround time is one (1) to
five (5) business days.
