ROOFING REQUIREMENTS
INSPECTION REQUIRED AS INSTALLATION OF RE-ROOFING COMMENCES

All vents shall be flashed with an approved flashing.

Galvanized flashing will not be permitted on a plastic system unless
rubber grommet is used.

All vents must be protected with a storm collar, rubber grommet, or
"O" ring flashing system.
-
Tape or mastic will not be acceptable as waterproofing.
- Ridge vents shall have a rating equivalent to the rating of
the roofing materials.
