ROOFING REQUIREMENTS
FINAL INSPECTION OF RE-ROOFING PROCEDURE IS REQUIRED

A ladder is required to be provided at the site, either by the
contractor or the homeowner, for the use of the inspector.
-
Inspection card is required to be posted on site in an obvious
location.
-
A spark arrester is required to be installed on existing chimney
prior to final.
-
No nails or fasteners shall be exposed at the completion of the job.
-
Exposed nails or fasteners shall be sealed with silicone caulking or
other material approved by the Building Official.
