The After School Enrichment classes are conveniently timed so students can attend immediately after school. Students who are attending an After School Enrichment (ASE) class should go to their ASE class location directly after school.

If your child attends Kid’s Country, please send your child directly to the class or have an authorized adult sign the child out and bring them to the class.  Some instructors are able to pick–up from Kids Country by request, please see the individual course descriptions for availability. All instructors will bring children to Kids Country at the end of class if requested.

Adventures in Clay
The method of firing clay and glazing clay is learned as we transform clay into amusing sculptures in this class. We begin with basic sculpting techniques while we try out a few types of clay discovering how manipulating each one is different. We review how and why clay is then fired. Once our bisque pieces are out of the kiln, glazes are brought in to add color to our pieces. Discovering how the art piece is once again transformed with glaze is a fun and exciting learning experience to then share with our families. New and unique creations will be explored in each class, and all will be brought home. $20 supply fee.

Coding 4 Kids
Are you looking for your child to be a 'code-ey'? We at sv4uKids introduce technology concepts and strive to build love for the programming language. We believe technology education expands creativity and emphasizes logical reasoning. We have created a young code-ey pathway to graduate to next level, we start from scratch for second grade and up and graduate them to python or depending on their level. At this time we are offering scratch and python for young kids. We create a strong foundation and help the kids practice making coding easy for them. We hope to create young curious data scientists by the end of completion of each course. Participants will work in teams of up to two students.
